Work Smart, Live Well pre-orders

Work Smart, Live Well is currently available for pre-order. Pre-orders will begin dispatching from 1 October 2026.

If your order contains a pre-order item, please allow for the stated publication or dispatch date before expecting your order to be sent.

UK delivery

UK customers can select the available delivery options at checkout.

UK Standard Delivery: £3.99
Free UK Standard Delivery on orders over £40.

UK Express Delivery: £6.99

Delivery times apply from the date your order is dispatched. For pre-orders, they do not run from the date the order is placed.

International delivery

International delivery will be introduced as additional markets become available. Available destinations and delivery charges will be shown at checkout.

Dispatch and tracking

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided where available for the delivery service selected.

Delays

Occasionally circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. If there is a significant delay affecting your order or pre-order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.
