Refund policy

We hope you will be delighted with your book. If you change your mind about a purchase made through this website, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To request a cancellation or return, please email books@vanessaaradia.com with your name and order number. You do not need to give a reason.

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, please return the book within 14 days. Unless the book is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to your statutory rights, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Returned books should be kept in a condition consistent with reasonable inspection. We may make an appropriate deduction from a refund if an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Where applicable, the refund will include the cost of our standard delivery option. Additional delivery costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery service are not refundable beyond the cost of standard delivery.

Pre-orders

You may request cancellation of a pre-order at any time before it has been dispatched by emailing books@vanessaaradia.com with your name and order number. Once a pre-ordered book has been delivered, the cancellation and return rights above apply.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect books

If your book arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or you receive the wrong item, please email books@vanessaaradia.com as soon as possible so that we can arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
